As our products are handmade, delivery timelines may vary. Shipping time 4-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
COD is not available as our products are handcrafted and often made to order. This policy helps us reduce unnecessary returns, minimize wastage, and fairly compensate our artisans.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our policy.
